The Grandson of King Faisal and Imran Abbas are the same persons. If you’ll notice carefully, both are strikingly similar. It’s just the photo shots are taken differently to produce an almost different people. But trust me, the Grandson of King Faisal (who is not at all) is no other than Pakistani model Imran Abbas.
They are two different people!
The name of grandson of King Faisal is Prince Mutaib and he got married last year!
